Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1,Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Materials/Chemical/Mechanical preferred).

2,3+ years of PCB industry experience with expertise in inner layer processes (experience in large-scale PCB manufacturers strongly preferred).

2,Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with hands-on cost calculation experience.

3,Oracle system experience preferred.

2,Prior experience managing solder mask teams preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1,Develop and revise process standards & documentation for forming, testing, FQC, and packaging operations.

2,Analyze abnormalities in forming/testing/FQC/packaging processes and implement preventive measures.

3,Support production in process improvement projects, providing technical analysis and solutions for quality issues.

4,Reduce scrap rates across forming, testing, FQC, and packaging processes.

5,Benchmark best practices to enhance process efficiency and lower unit costs.

Job Responsibilities:

1,Responsible for subordinates' work arrangement, adjustment, training, motivation, evaluation, and assessment, and promptly coordinating to resolve employee conflicts and difficulties.

2,Conduct on-site inspections, coordinate and resolve production abnormalities, and control production progress, quantity, and costs.

1,Master the production processes of solder mask and legend printing operations.

2,Coordinate to resolve quality issues, ensure process/product control, and reduce scrap rates.

Requirements:

1,Diploma or above with 3+ years in equivalent roles (production/process engineering experience acceptable).

2,Proficient in PCB quality standards and cross-process quality control methods.

1,In-depth knowledge of automotive customer requirements, industry standards, product characteristics, and critical process controls. Familiar with reliability testing criteria and acceptance standards for each manufacturing process.

2,Understanding of IATF 16949 and related automotive QMS requirements. Hands-on experience with APQP/PPAP processes.

3,Ability to develop quality control plans for automotive products, including early identification of product/process special characteristics (SC/CC) and key preventive control points.

4,3+ years of experience in quality or engineering roles at PCB manufacturing facilities specializing in automotive products.

Job Responsibilities:

1,.Conduct industry research for product lines, including new supplier development & qualification.

2,Drive continuous improvement in supplier delivery and cost reduction initiatives.

3,Prepare industry analysis reports and lead bidding processes for raw/auxiliary materials.

Develop and execute strategic procurement plans.

Requirements:

1,5+ years of procurement experience in the PCB industry (preferred: Intermediate Economist Certification).

2,In-depth knowledge of PCB materials/substrates (technical R&D background is a plus).
